SESSSION I: Walkovers and intro to handsprings (no requirements) 9:00am-11:00am Session II: All Things Handsprings (must have a strong backwalkover and strong round off) 11:00am-1:00pm Session III: Tucks and Higher (must have a roundoff + 3 handsprings & 2 standing backhand springs) 1:00pm-3:00pm
